LIVE TALK 05: Addressing Poverty and Gender-related Barriers to access Climate Risk Finance and Insurance

This Live Talk seeks to understand CDRFI in the context of the urban poor. The scientific basis for this event, will be a study developed by InsuResilience Centre of Excellence on Gender-smart Solutions and Mahila Housing SEWA Trust (MHT), to analyse the poverty and gender-related barriers to accessing CDRFI solutions, with a particular focus on women living in urban settings below the poverty line.

The webinar is co-hosted by FARM-D, InsuResilience Global Partnership and InsuResilience Centre of Excellence on Gender, and it is part of the LIVE TALK series on "Gender and Climate Risk Finance".
